パスワードを変更したのに、エラーで入れない

    JASTRO構造調査を行っていますが、途中まで記入してセーブをしました。

    次の日メール(次回ここから続けてください)からアクセスし、メールアドレスとパスワードを 入力したが入れない。パスワードを変更したが、それでも入れない。

Our Japanese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users right now, so I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Japanese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question. It looks like the draft is connected to a different account. Our system shows that there is no account created with the email linac@shimada-gmc.jp. Do you have any other email addresses that you have possibly used? Can you try logging in using those emails and check if you can open the draft?
