How do I adjust the free space?

A user can make adjustments to free up space by deleting some data in the inbox?

Yes, you can adjust the free space by deleting the submission data from the Jotform Table. To free up the upload space, you will have to delete the submissions and purge them in the Trashed entries. But before you do that, you might want to first download your submissions and save them for future use. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, select the form and click on Submissions.
2. Once on the Submissions table, select the submissions that you would like to delete and click on Delete.
3. Click on Move to Trash to confirm.

4. Click the Three dots icon on the submissions tab.

5. Select Trashed Entries.

6. On the Trashed Entries, click on Select All.

7. Click on Delete Forever. Click on Delete to confirm.

If you do not want to delete submissions, you can also upgrade your account instead to increase your total submission storage limit.
