Now, coming back to your question, to be able to track submissions using GA4, you need to use the form's source code. Let me show you how to get that:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Publish tab at the top.

2. Click on the Embed tab on the left.

3. Select Source Code at the bottom.

4. Copy the form’s Embed Code and add it to your website.

GA4 is designed to work only with forms added to a website through the form's source code. However, a colleague of mine discovered an alternative method using a Google Tracking ID. Please review this support ticket and let us know if this solution is effective for you.
