サイバーソースを通じて米国ビザの支払いを行いました。

そのレシートについてなのですが、品代（visa appointment paiment receipt）などを付けたものがどうしても欲しいです。

ビザについての詳細な番号がいる場合は教えてください。

Please reach out to the form's owner by replying to the email you received after submitting the form, if you received one. They will be able to assist you with your request. Since we only host the forms created by users, contacting the form owner directly is the best way to get help.
