「非表示のフィールドの値をクリアする」が一部動作しない

添付の通りの非表示の条件ロジックを組み、「非表示のフィールドの値をクリアする」を「送信時にクリアにする」に設定しています。添付の通り、条件に従ってちゃんとクリアにされている項目もあるのですが、「現在のお熱は何度ですか」という項目のみクリアになりません。なぜでしょうか？

I am looking for your advice. The problem is that the item of "現在のお熱は何度ですか" (The item of 14th column in my Jotform table) is not cleared even when it is hidden by the appropriate work of conditional logic. Other items which were hidden by the logic are cleared appropriately.

When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:

1. In your Form Builder, right-click on the What's your current temperature? field and select Hide from the options.

2. Next, go to Settings, find the highlighted condition, and click on the Disable button in the upper right part of the conditions.

3. Then, add the highlighted condition from the screenshot to the existing condition you have set for the 今回のお熱が出始めてどのくらい経っていますか？ field, and click Save.

No, it is not a bug, the reason why the condition you set for that specific field is not working because there's a conflicting condition. The condition number 4 that you set is the conflicting condition. That's why my colleague ask you to disable it, then revise the other condition you set for the form to work as it should be.
