Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Japanese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Japanese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
As for your question, you can easily check your invoices, and see if it has been any charges. Let me show you how you can check it out:
1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Picture on the top-right side of the page.
2. Click on Settings in the opening window to go to Account Settings.
3. In the opening page, select Billing on the left.
4. Under Invoices, click on your invoice, and you'll be able to see the invoice number fully.
