How to make admin section on form appear for admin users?

Now, coming back to your question, If I understood what you’re asking, you want to be able to create a form and have some parts available only for admin? If so, yes, it is possible by hiding the fields and condition to show them when admin is viewing. Let me show you how:

1 - First, you need to hide the fields for the Admin.

2 - Add the Get Page URL Widget.

3 - Add this condition, so your hidden fields will appear on edit access.

Thank you for your response. I tried it out, but I'm not sure how to make the [for the Admin] section appear. Even when I create a new form, it doesn't seem to be available in the form elements section. Could you please guide me on how to find it?

I am referring to a new column that I want to add, not an existing one. For example, I would like to add a dropdown list to the form below and make that column hidden. Could you please provide the steps for doing this?

Can you explain a bit more, so I can help you better? Do you want to add a Dropdown field and hide this when the form is previewed? Or do you wish to conditionally hide the dropdown field when you edit the submission? If you can give us more information on how you would like it to work? In the meantime, here's how to add a dropdown field and hide it manually:

1. In Form Builder, click the Add Form Element.
2. Under the basic tab, search and add the Dropdown field to your form.

3. Once added, click the gear icon to open Properties.

4. Under the Advanced tab, scroll down, then toggle On the Hide Field option.
