使用許諾書への記入

平素お世話になっております。

現在私のチームはSaaSプロダクトを開発中なのですが、プロダクト内でJotformを使いたいと思っています。ただ、使用許諾を会社から得なければならず、そのために会社から用意されたフォームに記入してもらわないといけないことになっています。よろしければ記入していただけますでしょうか？

この度はJotformサポートにお問合せいただきましてありがとうございます。会社から用意されたフォームに記入できるかとの質問に関してですが、弊社のスタンダードプラン（スターター、ブロンズ、シルバー、ゴールド） ではご対応することができません。しかしながら、企業向けの、Jotformエンタープライズ プランでは可能です。ご希望の場合は、お申し込みフォームに必要事項をご記入の上送信してください。

エンタープライズプランの料金など教えていただけますでしょうか。今のところ考えているのは、マニュアルで作ったフォームが一つあり、それをJotformに書き換える、というところです。

Unfortunately, our Japanese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Japanese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
