I would like to know more about the details of the plan.

(I'm not very good at English, so I use a translation site to email you.)

We are currently linked to Salesforce and using the free plan.

We are satisfied with the functionality of the free plan.

However, I am wondering about the "利用可能スペース(available space)" for the different plans.

The Free plan is 100MB, the Bronze plan is 1GB, and the Silver plan is 10GB, but what does "available space" mean? (For example, I would like to know how many MB of space is used per response, how many MB of space is used per form, etc.)

Also, if you have a page that shows the current capacity used, it would be helpful.

We would also like to know more about "フォーム閲覧(ひと月)(form views (per month))" and "受信フォームのトータルストレージ(total storage of received forms)".

We believe this will help us determine which plan we should sign up for.

    Hello Mtamehiro,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Each plan has allocated an upload space that is used to store files you receive in the submissions.

For a Starter plan, you are allowed a max of 100 MB of upload space. When you are reaching the upload space limit you can delete the old submissions and the upload space will be available again for new submissions.

The Total Submission storage limit is the total number of submissions that can be stored in your account. For a Starter plan, you can receive a maximum of 500 submissions. This limit doesn't reset, because this is the entire submission that can be stored in your Jotform account and this is the allocated limit for the Starter plan. If you exceed this limit, the oldest submission data will automatically be deleted to make room for new submissions to be received.

The Form Views limit is counted when someone views your form via its direct URL or when the form is embedded in your website. When the page loads, the form loads at the same time, which counts as one view. But, if you were only editing the form and previewing it, in the form builder, then it wouldn't be counted as a Form View. We also have a guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits that you can check out.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

    Hello Mtamehiro,

Also, to check your running usage, please visit your account settings. Let me show you where to find that option.

    • Login to your Jotform account.
    • Hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile picture on the right side of the screen.
    • In the dropdown, click on Settings or this link to go directly to your Usage page.

    Hi Mary,

    Thanks for the reply.

I also appreciate your detailed answers.

I have checked the link you sent and fully understand.

I will take it back and consider which plan I should go with once I have thought about how much I will be using it in the future.

Thank you for sharing this very useful information.

    Best regards,

    Marin
