Is my form limit counted as monthly?

アップグレードを検討しているのですが、料金表に記載がある受信フォーム数がアカウント全体の受信数なのか、フォーム1つに対しての受信数なのか知りたいです。

Please note that once you upgrade your account, your monthly limit will be increased, Each plan has its own monthly and total usage limits. You're on the Starter Plan right now, and you have 5 form limit which is counted as total.

The monthly limit applies to your form views, payment submissions, and monthly sign documents are subject to a monthly limit. Form number, fields per form, upload space, and submission storage are applied to the total usage limits. You might want to check out our guide about Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits.
