無料のメールフォームは提供会社によっては一定期間利用がないと削除されるケースが有るようですが、Jotformについてはどうですか？

Now, coming back to your question, when you don't log in your account for quite some time, our system will tag it Dormant. But no worries, you can reach out to us and we'll reactivate your account. The same applies to Starter (Free) accounts and paid ones.

また、休止状態にされる前に通知が配信されますか？そうすれば実質的にはそれを回避して私は利用継続できると思います。

The account will be on dormant status after over 1 year of inactivity. You'll be notified with the exact date on when it'll get on doormat status if we notice that you have no activity in a long period (over 1 year). This gives you a chance to log in and do some activities in your account.

私は日本人なので沢山ある日本語の無料メールフォームを選択できますが、それらのほとんどは英語フォームの作成に対応出来ていません。そこで詳しく調査したところ、Jotformは両言語に対応し併存させることもできてとても理想的です。それはブログからのレスポンスを得るために設置するので長く利用ブランクが空く可能性もありますが、機能停止前に通知が貰えるのであれば私は安心してJotformへの移行を進めていくことが出来ます。

Your understanding is correct. You'll be notified via email if your account is about to get to dormant status, and you can just log in again to avoid it from happening. Jotform is also available in Japanese, so you can create forms both in English and in your Native language without issues.
