データの容量が近くなったので、既存の投稿を削除しましたが、いっぱいになってしまったようです。こちらは反映に時間がかかるものでしょうか。

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Japanese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to your question, I am sorry you are having trouble with this. When I checked our system, I saw that you have deleted some of the submissions that include uploaded files, so I recalculated your upload space limits, and your form is now active and usable.
