    Hi Kei,

    Thanks for using Jotform. I can see that your account has multiple forms, can you share the form URL where the issue is happening? If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.

    Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

    Regarding the Paypal error, I will send you a video of the operation so you can check it out.


    The Paypal account is working and it is working fine for the other payments.


    I think the rest is a configuration issue with this form, but please let me know how to set it up and, if possible, how to resolve the error without changing the original configuration.


    Note that we are using a different form for this form as below.

    Hi Kei,

    Thanks for the video, that helped me understand what’s happening. I inspected your form and it seems that the integration is correctly set up. Can you try to temporarily switch the integration to a different payment processor and then switch back to PayPal Personal? Let me show you how:

    1. While in Form Builder, click on the Add Form Element menu on the left side of the page.
    2. Under the Payments tab, click on the Three Dots icon next to PayPal Personal.
    3. Click on Switch to Another Gateway and select from any of the options.
    4. Click on Use Selection. PayPal Integration error: Something doesn’t look right Screenshot 20
    5. Circle back to step number two and on the next step select PayPal Personal.
    6. Proceed with the integration as normal.

    Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    I understand about the PayPal setup, how to select a different payment method once and then re-connect it again.


    When I do this, I have confirmed that PayPal is indeed linked to the following form, but in the part where the product is selectable, an error occurs where the product is not displayed on the confirmation screen after the selection is made.

    How can this be changed so that not only the total amount but also the name of the selected item is displayed?
