お世話になります。アカウントID:mindset0914 です。
現在、上記2点のエラーが発生しており、その対応方法について、教えてください。①申込確認メールが我々にも、ユーザー様にも届かない

これまでもGmailアカウントの場合、メールが届きにくい事象が発生していましたが、
この1週間ほど、「Notification 1」も「Autoresponder 1」も届かず、
管理画面に入れば、INBOX内で確認はできるものの、
通知がないので、とても不便かつ、我々がお申し込みを気付きづらい状況です。②また、PayPal決済について、エラーになってしまい、手続きを先に進められられない状況が続いております。それぞれどのような方法で解決するべきか、ご指導いただけますと幸いです。

Hi Kei,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Japanese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Japanese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
Now, coming back to the email notification issue, there are many possible reasons why notifications might not be going through. One possible reason is the email could be landed in the Spam or Junk folder, did you get a chance to check these folders?
Most of the time, if we remove it and then add it back, that solves the problem. Let me help you do that:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
- On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.
Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it:
- While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.
- Next, select Notification Email.
- Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field. Then, click on Save.
Now, you'll get a Notification Email every time a user fills out your form. As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.

Thank you very much.
I have tried this one and it seems to work correctly after deleting and re-registering.
However, if I delete the original settings, the text and other information will also disappear, is there a better way to update it smoothly?

Hi Kei,
Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, the only way to edit the content of the Notification email is from the Form Builder. Here’s how to do it:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Click on Emails in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Hover your mouse over the Notification element and click on the Pencil icon.
- Under the Email tab, customize your Notification email in the editor.
- Finally, click on Save.
