Use email for affiliate link

新しいアカウントを jinji@wesco.co.jp のEメールで作成しました。しかしアフィリエイトURLでの申込みをしていなかったため、一旦このアカウントを削除しました。

しかしあらためてアカウントを作成しようとしたところ、以下のメッセージが出て先に進めませんでした。

jinji@wesco.co.jp のEメールでアカウントを作成したいので制限を解除してもらえますか？

Or, if you'd rather have support in Japanese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, coming back to your question, I'm afraid, you will need to use the affiliate link to register an account. The deleted account will not qualify as it was created using a different page. The account that you will need to create needs to come from the affiliate link and is not linked to any deleted or active Jotform account.
