Guest Account: Can't login

    お世話になっております。

    MIMARU東京銀座EASTのフロントの間庭と申します。


    Jotformにログインしようとしたところ、

    メールアドレスもパスワードもあっているはずなのにログイン出来ません。


    パスワード変更の手続きも依頼しましたが、メールアドレスに一向にパスワード変更のメールが届きません。

    迷惑メールにもありません。どのように対応すればよろしいでしょうか?

    Hi MIMARU,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Japanese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Japanese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question.  After checking, I can see that your account is currently a Guest account. Please note that guest accounts are temporary accounts with one-time login only. You won't be able to receive a reset password email to your email account. You can use the same email address you did for your Guest account and use it to create a free account. To create a new account, you can go to this link.
