アップロード容量の上限の通知が来ているのですが、容量の減らし方が分かりません。

現在、無料のプランを使わせていただいています。
アップロード容量の上限の通知が来たので、受信箱にある入力済みのフォームのデータを大半削除しましたが、まだ通知が出ています。

何でアップロード容量を喰っているのか分からないのですが、データ容量を減らすためには、何をすればよいのでしょうか？

Now, let me help you with your question. You can delete your submission data to free up your upload space. It seems you have already deleted some of the submission data. I have refreshed your upload counter and you're not over the limit anymore.
