Approval Flow: How to add an Approval Outcome for the second form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your Approval Flow again and can see that you have updated it. Based on your Approval Flow, the Reservation Reception form will be assigned to the counselor once the user submits the Reservation form. You can connect an Approval element after the Reservation Reception form so that an Approval Request Email will be sent once the counselor submits the Reservation Reception form. You can then edit the content of each email after every Approval Outcome. Here's an example Approval Flow that might work for you:

Here's how the approval flow works:

1. Form user submits the Reservation Form.
2. The Reservation Reception Form will be assigned to the counselor.
3. Once the counselor submits the Reservation Reception Form, an Approval Request Email will be sent to the counselor or to a different approver whom you want to approve the submission.
4. A. If the approver approves the submission, an email will be sent to the Form user and the Payment Procedure form will be assigned to the form user.
   B. If the approver denies the submission, an email will be sent to the Form user.
