Approval Flow: How to Prefill the fields of the other form with data from the first form?

Thanks for using Jotform. You can use the Prefill feature of the Form element in the Approval Fow Builder to prefill the Payment form with data from the Application form. Let me show you how:

• On the Approval Flow Builder, click on the Form element to highlight it then click the Gear icon.

• Click on the Prefill tab.
• Enable Prefill Form Fields.
• Select the Application form.
• Match the fields then click Save.

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, it is not possible to pass all three dates as options on the Reservation Form. The options for a Single Choice field can only be added in Form Builder. As a workaround, I suggest passing the dates to a Date field in the Reservation Form and then adding a Single Choice field that will allow the counselor to select the desired date. Here's an example:
