アンケートフォーム回答時のThanksメールが迷惑メールに振り分けられる件について

    アンケートフォームから回答を行った際に、ユーザーに送信されるThanksメールが迷惑メール扱いになります。

    上記の事象を解決するための方法について教えていただけますか?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Japanese Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. Or, if you'd rather have support in Japanese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. Are you referring to the Autoresponder Emails sent to form fillers after submitting the form? If so, I checked your forms and found that you're using sales@naganotrading.com as the Sender Email. You'll need to reach out to your Email Service Provider to identify why the emails sent from your email address are going to the form fillers' Spam/Junk Folder.

    Alternatively, you can set the sender email to noreply@jotform.com. It's also recommended that you ask your IT team to Whitelist Jotform's IP Addresses and Domains. If this isn't what you're referring to, can you explain a bit more about the issue you're having so that I can have a better idea of what's going on and help you with a solution? 

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with this.
