SalesForce Integration: Map Salesforce with Configurable List fields

２点お伺いしたいことがございましてお問合せさせていただきました。

フォームに入力されたらSalesforceのレコードを作成したく、

・ Configurable List widgetを使用してフォームを作成いたしましたが、こちらに記入した入力データをSalesforceの項目にいれるにはどのようにすれば実現できますでしょうか？

・またフォーム入力時にSalesforceのレコードを作成するように設定をしているのですが、レコードが作成されておりません。こちらの原因をご教示いただけますと幸いです。

I have two questions that I'd like to inquire about, which prompted me to reach out to you.

I wish to create Salesforce records once a form is filled out, and:

• I have created a form using the Configurable List widget, but I am unsure how to transfer the data entered into this form into fields within Salesforce. How can this be achieved?
• Additionally, I have set up the form to create a Salesforce record upon submission, yet no records are being created. I would appreciate it if you could provide some insight into why this might be happening.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm sorry, but it's not yet possible to send the data from this widget to our third-party integrations. You will have to use our basic fields like Short Text to push the data to Salesforce.

While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available, rest assured we’re always working to add new services and features to Jotform. I've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developer Team. When or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
