Spreadsheet to Form widget: Not populating Configurable List widget

プロジェクトの一環として、エンドユーザー向けにJotformを使用した注文フォームの作成を検討しています。このフォームでは、お客様が商品を選択し、数量を入力する機能が必要です。実現したい主な機能は以下の通りです。

Configurable List Widgetの使用：

目的：お客様が商品を追加し、数量を入力できるようにする。
フィールド：「商品コード」「商品名」「数量」「価格」「小計」の5つ。

Spreadsheet-to-Form Widgetの活用：

目的：お客様が商品コードを入力すると、商品名と価格が自動的に表示されるフォームを提供する。

小計の計算：

目的：「数量」×「単価」で小計を自動計算し、表示する。

Form Calculation Widgetの使用：

目的：注文された全商品の合計金額を計算し表示する。

現在の問題点として、上記機能の実装可能性について確認が必要です。
特に、Configurable List Widgetで作成したリストの項目にSpreadsheet-to-Form Widgetを使用して商品コード入力後の自動表示ができるものなのか。

また小計と合計金額を算出して出力することは可能であるかどうかについてお尋ねしたいです。。

※現在のフォームには「小計」の項目がまだ作成されていません。

Now, let me help you with your question. Are you working on this form? I see you're on the right track as you already have the configurable list widget to capture product registration. However, as for the Spreadsheet to form widget, I see you haven't uploaded your source file yet.

Please go ahead, uploading your Excel file to start using the widget. This guide will help you do it. As for the Form Calculation widget, can you tell us more about what you're trying to do? Your form doesn't have product selection fields to be totaled yet.

Thank you for your response.

When I add a spreadsheet file and press the button, the values do not automatically get added to the form.

Specifically, I want to press a button on this form to reflect values in the 'Configurable List Widget' fields. I'd like users to simply enter a product code, have it reflected in the form, and then just enter the quantity. If they want to add a different product, they would enter another product code, which should reflect the values while also increasing the number of items in the list.

For the calculation form, it would be sufficient if it could give the total amount of the products.

Could you please let me know if the above is possible and how it can be achieved?

Thanks for getting back to us. Unfortunately, the Spreadsheet to form widget cannot populate the Configurable List widget. Below are the fields that can be populated instead:

• Full Name
• Email
• Time
• Short Text
• Long Text
• Dropdown
• Single Choice
• Multiple Choice
• Scale Rating
• Star Rating

As for the calculation, I'm afraid it also doesn't support the Configurable List widget. You may use Input Table or other Static fields so that it can be calculated using the Form Calculation widget.
