メールアドレス等が分からなくなってしまっています。
引き落としの アメリカン・エキスプレスカードの会社より上記の添付資料は取り寄せることはできました。
それ以外の情報がないのですがどうしたら良いでしょうか?

Thanks for getting back to us. To locate the account where the charge came from and have it canceled, can you please provide us with the following information?
- Type of Card: Mastercard, Visa, Discover and etc
- The last 4 digits of the used credit card: ____
- The Expiration date of the credit card: __/__
- Date when the charge occurred: October 11, 2023
- Amount Charged: $348.00
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward and help you get back into your account to cancel the subscription.
