How to change the title of the form when printing it from the browser?

ヘッダーに「過去のフォームのタイトル」が表記されます。

Why does this text appear in the header?

It appears on the print confirmation screen for all forms.

Thanks for getting back to us. If you want to remove that header and the footer, you can do that in the Print Settings. Let me show you how:

1. On your Print Settings, click on More Settings.
2. Then, uncheck the Header and Footer in the Options section.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I can get rid of the header this way.

Not everyone who participates in the survey can do this.

I would like to modify the header text as it is misleading.

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings from the top bar menu.
2. Then, click on Show More Options.
3. Next, update the Page Title. That's it.
