Buongiorno, chiedo cortesemente se potete cambiare/resettare il nome che esce quando condivido il link con il nuovo nome.

Now, let me help you with your question. To fix this you needed to actually change the title and form page title in your form settings.

• Go to Form Builder settings tab
• Change the Form Title to new form name

• Next Click on Show More Option button
• Scroll down and change the page title of your form

After that, please try to share form URL and check the title of your form.
