I want to downgrade to Silver Monthly Plan

Salve,

vorrei effettuare il downgrade da piano oro annuale a piano silver mensile, però quando provo a pagare, mi riporta automaticamente su annuale silver.

Si può fare il passaggio a mensile silver?

You can upgrade the subscription to the monthly Silver Plan on December 30, 2023. Make sure that you Canceled your PayPal Subscription to Jotform. Alternatively, you can reach out to us if this not working for you and we can send you a Monthly Silver Subscription Link.
