Now, let me help you with your question. When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked the way it was supposed to, as I was able to receive an email after I approved it. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
Did the issue happen in one submission only, or to multiple submissions? Can you give us the IDs of the affected submissions? Here's how to get the submission ID:
- In Form Builder, tick the box of the form, and go to Submissions.
- Click on Columns, and uncheck all the boxes.
- Tick the box for Submission ID. Copy the ID and send it to us here.
In the meantime, I cleared your form caches to fix cache-related issues. Can you try it again and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.
