Thanks for patiently waiting. I understand that you would like to calculate the parameters to know the cost of service. You can use the Dropdown element. Let me show you how:

• On the Form Builder, click the Add Form Element on the left panel.
• Click or drag the Dropdown element.

• Next is to add the Option on the Dropdown element.

• And, to have the cost of the service, you will need to enable the Calculation Value.
• You can input how much for the service per kW and m used.

• To have the total cost, you will need to add the Form Calculation Widget.
• And configure the settings of the Form Calculation Widget.
