Google drive image does not load on the form.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I've cloned your form and tested it, and had the same issue. I checked the image link and I can see that it is set to private. Could you please set the permission to public and then try it once again and see how it goes?

Intendi dire che il collegamento è "privato" e che quindi solo io ho accesso a questa immagine? Non so bene come rendere "pubblica" l'autorizzazione, ma ci proverò!

Thanks for getting back to us. Yes, since the link is private and only you can access the image. You can check out this guide from Google on how to make the link public.

purtroppo niente, ho provato a mettere le immagini su anche su dropbox, ma neanche così riesco a visualizzarle attraverso lo widget.

E' eventualmente possibile caricare queste immagini direttamente su un archivio di jotform (quindi senza passare per google drive o dropbox), per poi inserire il relativo link sullo widget?

Thanks for getting back to us. I am sorry you are having an issue with this. I cloned your form and tested it with a Google Drive and Dropbox link and had the same issue. Please note, that when using an Image Radio Button widget, the URL must be a direct URL to the image.  Also, the link should end with the file name and extension. The URL from Google Drive does not contain this part.

Can you please try using a service like Photobucket and Flickr as image hosting sites and use the URL from there and see how it goes?
