Webhook Integration: Ability to remove some information forwarded to Webhook

    Buongiorno,

    abbiamo un modulo di Jotform integrato con il CRM Teamleader tramite webhook.

    Tra i dati passati da jotform a TEamleader alcuni sono utili ma vorremmo rimuoverne alcuni tecnici che non sono stati mappati da noi come questi e che vengono riportati nel campo considerazioni di TEamleader.


    Riporto qui in giallo quelli da rimuovere: come si può fare?

I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    Now, let me help you with your question. The information forwarded to Webhook from Jotform cannot be modified. I am not familiar on your webhook configuration, but it might be possible to modify the information from Jotform before forwarding it to Web2LEad integration.

    thank you for the reply. No problem using English.

    Yes, the problem is that Webhook forwards all these information below:

    Some of these are desiderable, like codicePromo, remarks. For these we have set a specific field name.

    For other informations (yellow) like slug, time to submit, jsExecutionTracker, is directly Jotform to fowards to We2LEad (teamleader CRM).

    Unfortunately, on CRM side is not possible to filter them

    Unfortunately, it is not possible to edit the response that is received in the webhook trigger. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    Also, you can check out our API to fetch the submissions on your end and then pass them to your third-party CRM. You can fetch all submissions for a form using this API and fetch a single submission using this one.
