Invio sondaggio evaso

Buonasera,
quando un cliente potenziale si presenta da noi, compiliamo il form così come lo abbiamo impostato e settiamo anche il suo campo email all'interno del form stesso.

E' possibile che alla fine il form venga inviato anche a lui senza che ogni volta setti la mail manualmente così come specificato nella Vs guida Set-Up Email Notifications?
