Ciao nel seguente modulo:

https://www.canossianemilano.it/modulo-open-day/
una volta cliccato su INVIA non succede nulla.
Ho provato anche ad eliminare e ricreare il widget "Agenda Appuntamenti Settimanali".
Sembra che ci sia qualche problema nel widget "Agenda Appuntamenti Settimanali"
presente nel campo "Date open day e posti disponibili".Ricrandolo però mi ha perso il conteggio dei posti disponibili.
Come posso risolvere questo problema?

Thanks for patiently waiting. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. When I looked at your form, I saw that the Captcha element wasn't configured correctly and this is causing the issue. Let me show you how to fix it:
- Open your form in Form Builder
- Delete the Captcha element from the form by clicking on the Delete icon
- Add the Captcha element again to your form
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

Did you perhaps remove it? If yes, could you try using your form Iframe embed code as provided below?

I cloned the form then opened the widget and updated it. After that, I tried to submit a test submission and it is now working fine.
I cleared your form cache on our server. Can you please try submitting a test submission to your form and let us know if the issue still persists?

Il modulo sembra funzionare utilizzando la preview sul vostro sito mentre sul sito nel quale è inserito il modulo non viene inviato.
