Scomparsa widget La lista infinita dai miei moduli

Buongiorno,

sto rilevando un'anomalia allarmante. è scomparso il widget 'La lista infinita' da molti dei miei moduli. Proprio scomparsa, sebbene l'avessi creata. Ed in più è tutta la mattina che Jotform mi risulta spesso Not Available quando cerco di accedere.

Come posso risolvere? La scomparsa di un widget mi mette in estrema difficoltà dal momento che la maggior parte dei miei moduli di basavano su quello.

Per esempio, non riesco più a visualizzare la lista infinta sul modulo 'Prenotazione posti spettatori diversamente abili' quando lo apro per lavorarci e modificarlo. Ma se utilizzo il link per aprirlo su una pagina esterna e visualizzarlo (https://form.jotform.com/232334089785364), lo vedo. Come è possibile?

Mentre per il modulo" La Scuola all'Opera 2024 - Modulo PRENOTAZIONE 101° Arena Opera Festival" non riesco a visualizzare la lista infinita quando modifico il form e quando apro il link compare parzialmente (compare l'intestazione ma non i campi per inserire i dati9

Now, let me help you with your question. Are you perhaps referring to the My Forms page? If so, just heard back from our Developer Team. This is only a temporary issue, and they've solved the issue, so it should all be working fine now. Can you give it a try and see how it goes? Also, I checked your form and can see the Infinite List widget.

Can you tell me if the widget disappears when the submission is edited? It would help us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
