mail per approvazione senza allegato

    Buongiorno,

    per un mio modulo, un passaggio di approvazione viene mandata una mail al destinatario dove dovrebbe venir allegato il pdf che si carica nel modulo.

    Ha funzionato fino a ieri... oggi la mail arriva senza allegato.

    Inoltre si lamentano in molti che non riesco più ad approvare nei processi... la "clessidra" gira ma la richiesta non viene evase e rimande sempre da approvare.

    nel flusso approvazione ho uno step dove viene inviata la mail con scritto che c'è una richiesta al destinatario dove dovrebbe allegare alla mail il pdf che si carica nel modulo:

    solo che nella mail che riceve per l'approvazone l'allegato non c'è

    questo solo da oggi.... fino a ieri nella mail era allegato il PDF caricato nel modulo.

    Hi contabile, 

    Thanks for getting back to us. It seems you are referring to the File Uploads on your form to be attached to the Approval Emails. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. The uploaded files are included in the email as a link. Check out the screenshot below to see my results:

    Can you try it again and see how it goes? I have cleared your form caches as a precaution to avoid temporary cache issues. Could you please clear your browser's cache as well? If you run into the same problem again, let us know and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    Grazie per la risposta, ma fino a 2 giorni il pdf era come allegato alla mail e non come link.

    Come link vuol dire che il collaboratore deve scaricare il file sul telefono prima di poterlo guardare, invece come allegato alla mail era facile da aprire.

    non si può ripristinare come prima?

    Hi contabile, 

    Thanks for getting back to us. Sometimes when the PDF file is over the 5 MB limit or if our email provider experiences a load, attachments are sent as a download link instead of an email attachment. This limitation is in place by our email provider to ensure that all emails being sent out are made in a timely manner. If you'd like to prevent this from happening, please set up your SMTP sender where you'll be using your own email domain to send out your notifications or autoresponder emails. Let me show you how to do that:

    • Go to your My Account page, and click on Settings, or visit here directly.
    • Click on the Add Sender Email button.

    • Enter the correct details on the fields. If you're not sure of the details of your SMTP server, please check with your IT or email administrator.

    • When you're finished, click on the Send Test Email button to make sure that everything is working. If it works, click on the Add Email button. If not, please check the details again and correct any errors.
