Now, let me help you with your question. Sure, you can turn off the automatic renewal of the plan by submitting a cancellation request. In doing so, your Bronze plan will still remain active, but it will downgrade to the Starter (free) plan at the end of the term. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your avatar in the top-right corner and click on Settings.

2. Under the Billing tab, click on Change Plan.

3. Click on the Downgrade button to switch to the Starter (Free) Plan.

4. There will be a pop-up window with some extra information about the downgrade. Please follow those instructions to continue with canceling your plan.
