Cambio di intestazione nella fattura di avvenuto pagamento piano Silver

Buongiorno, attualmente ho un piano Silver pagato da poco tempo, i cui dati di fatturazione risultano attualmente questi:

Billing Information

• Nome azienda/ OrganizzazioneROCCO DI GRAVINA
• IndirizzoVIA COLOMBO BARDUCCI 19 CESENA, 47521, Italia
• VAT / GST / Tax IDNon Disponibile

Non riesco a cambiarli dalle impostazioni ma mi servirebbe che la fattura sia intestata a:

CESENA FC S.R.L.

VIA GIOVANNI SPADOLINI 110

47521 CESENA (FC)

P.I. e C.F. 02392340408

COD SDI: J6URRTW

E infine inviata a digravinar@gmail.com

Now, let me help you with your question. May I know why can't you change your billing details in your Jotform account? Are you getting an error message? If you did not, please try again by following the steps below:

• On your My Forms page, hover your mouse over your Avatar/Profile image on the top-right side of the page.
• In the menu that comes up, click on Settings.

• Next, go to the Billing tab.
• Click on Change Credit Card.

• Enter the details in the Credit Card Information window.
• Now, just click on Update to save the changes.

You can also try this on another browser, including incognito.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
