    Buongiorno,

    abbiamo notato che in tutti i nostri form (integrati correttamente con Active Campagin) i dati di contatto non vengono correttamente passati dal pomeriggio di ieri.

    Potete verificare e aiutarci a passare nuovamente tutti i contatti successivi alle 18.00 di ieri nei form che vedete sopra?

It's possible that a minor issue may have occurred, which could have been resolved automatically. To address this, I recommend that you attempt to remove the Active Campaign integration and proceed with the reintegration process once more. This may help to resolve any lingering issues and ensure a smoother experience going forward.

    Good afernoon,

    the problem itself is not simply the actual integration that seems not to work anymore, but all the contacts that have been subscribed into our website hasn't been correctly linked.

    Could you help us to recover them in some way?

    Hi Marketing_Pratic, 

    Thanks for getting back to us. You can try to edit the submissions without making any changes and resubmit them. This should trigger the contacts to be passed to ActiveCampagin. Let me show you how:

    1. In Tables, select the submission not passed to ActiveCampaign.
    2. Click on the three dots menu and select Edit Entry.Active Campaign Integration: Not passing submission data Image 1 Screenshot 20
    3. Open the submissions and click on Submit.

    Once submitted, you can check if it has been triggered and the data sent to ActiveCampaign.
