How to include the product image selected on the Notification Email?

    Good morning, I am organizing an online form to order products, https://form.jotform.com/233194464322353 and I have two questions to improve the experience:


    • In the confirmation email that we receive and that the customer receives, there are no images of the chosen products, is it possible to integrate them?
    • at the end of filling out the form, when reviewing the answers you cannot see the images of the chosen products, is it possible to integrate them here too?

    Hi Mendrisiotto,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. I tested it on my demo form, but it seems that the product image can't be included in the Notification Email. But when I checked your form, I noticed that all the products do not have a Product Name, so to make sure that you were able to identify which product was ordered, I would highly suggest adding a name to each product.

    You can also add a short description, describing what the product looks like. Example: Color. Here's how:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Product field's burger icon to open Payment Settings.
    2. Next, click the Pen icon of your product.
    3. Under the Basic tab, enter your Product Name and a short description in the Description box.

    But if you want, we can escalate this to our Developer Team as a feature request, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

    Thank you very much, yes in fact I had also thought about putting a name to the product to identify it. However, if it were possible to implement our requests, it would be a real added value both for the user (improving their experience on the online form) and for us (better management of the answers received through the platform). I hope it will work for you
