Come posso integrare vari moduli con Google Calendar tramite un flusso di approvazione?

Ciao Vincenzo ho creato il flusso tra il modulo 1 e il modulo 2 tracciando tutti i campi, qualè il modo più semplice una volta che il cliente ha compilato il modulo 1 per approvare o modificare i dati e passarli al modulo 2 o addirittura al modulo 3, perchè invece di usare la funzione Approva io ho pensato di mettere 2 percorsi che vanno 1 al modulo 2 e 1 al modulo 3, perchè vorrei farlo andare su 2 calendari diversi, se hai una soluzione me la proponi?

Grazie per averci contattato nuovamente. Per quanto riguardo la procedura di approvazione delle richieste, le consiglio di aprire le Email di Notifica che riceverà e di fare clic su Approva o Rifiuta.

Invece se vuole creare un Flusso di Approvazione con due moduli da precompilare e che registrino un Appuntamento su differenti Calendari Google, potrebbe costruire un Flusso di Approvazione come mostrato nello screenshot sottostante:

Buongiorno in realtà ho bisogno di scegliere 2 scenari differenti in base al tecnico che decido di mandare, quindi dopo compilazione modulo 1 devo poter scegliere se mandarlo al modulo 2 o al modulo 3, provi a vedere come l’ho impostato io se va bene, grazie

Now, let me help you with your question. You can add an If/Else condition element in your Approval so, after your form fillers submitted the form and depending on their answer, they will be redirected to the next form. Let me show you how:

• In Approvals, click on Add Element and add the If/Else condition before the Form 2.
• Then, just set the condition.
