Hello again Gino,
The reason you're seeing that message is because the form has the Unique Submission option activated. Disable this is simple. Let me show you:
- Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
- In Form Settings, scroll down until you find the Unique Submission field.
- Select No check.
