Google Sheet: Some fields are missing on Google Sheet

Buongiorno,

ho integrato il mio modulo con Google Sheet.

Funziona tutto alla perfezione tranne il valore del campo "CHECK-OUT: EXCLUSIVELY REQUESTED BEFORE 11 am" la cui colonna rimane vuota per ciascuna riga. Tutti gli altri campi funzionano correttamente nella trasmissione dei valori selezioni quindi non riesco a capire cosa accade.

Allego di seguito il link. Si tratta del campo "CHECK-OUT: EXCLUSIVELY REQUESTED BEFORE 11 am" Anche se la voce viene selezionata dall'elenco poi non viene trasmesso il valore sul Google Sheet.

May I please ask you for a help on the issue here under ? 

I integrated my Jotform with Google Sheet.

Everything works perfectly except the value of a field "CHECK-OUT: EXCLUSIVELY REQUESTED BEFORE 11 am" whose column in GoogleSheet remains empty for each row. All the other fields work well in the transmission of the selected value and I can't figure out why the error above.

Please find attached the link below. If the value of the field "CHECK-OUT: EXCLUSIVELY REQUESTED BEFORE 11 am" is selected from the list, the value is not transmitted to the Google Sheet.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. I tested the form through a clone but could not replicate the issue.

Please note that making changes to the form or google spreadsheet may break the integration. In this case, please try removing the Google Sheet and reintegrating. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option on the left side of the screen.
3. Select the Google Sheets integration.
4. Then, click on Remove Integration and then Yes, Remove!

Now, let's connect the Google Sheets Integration again:

1. In Form Builder, circle back to Settings at the top of the page.
2. In the Settings menu, click on the Integrations option and Google Sheets integration again.
3. Now, select and connect your Google account.

• Select an option and choose your form fields.
• Click on Save, and that's it, you're done.
