Buongiorno,
ieri ci siamo resi conto di aver raggiunto il limite di spazio a nostra disposizione, abbiamo eliminato dei form liberando lo spazio ma il problema non è stato risolto.
I nostri clienti non riescono ad iscriversi, come possiamo fare?

I'd like to let you know that I am using a translation tool to provide assistance, but if you prefer to receive help in your native language, we can forward this ticket to our Italian Support Team. However, keep in mind that it could take longer to receive a response from them.
I checked your account and you're below your Upload Space limit. You're only using 6.13 GB of upload space out of your 10 GB limit. Your forms are also accessible on my end. Can you try accessing the forms again? If you're still seeing a "Form Over Quota" message, try clearing your browser cache or try using a different web browser to open the form.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

I try to cancel the cache and with another browser but I receive the same massage.

Can you share a screenshot of the message you're seeing? We have a guide here on how you can post screenshots here in our Support Forum. Also, what is the link to the form that you're trying to access?
