Access issue and image positioning

I have 2 problem.

1. As u can see i have an alert of not access.

2. I would like to put the imagine in the position signed by hand.

In which way can solve the items?

Grazie per aver contattato il supporto tecnico di Jotform. Ho verificato il tuo modulo e non sono riuscito a riscontrare il problema di accesso, sono riuscito ad accedere al tuo modulo sia effettuando l'accesso con un account Jotform sia senza effettuare l'accesso.

Per quanto riguarda la tua seconda domanda sull'inserimento di un'immagine, potresti fornirci più informazioni a riguardo?

Per quel che rigurda la foto cosa devo chiarire di piu che inviare lo screenshot? Ad ogni nominativo da scegliere vorrei inserire la foto prima. Non so cosa altro aggiungere per far comprendere.

Thank you for getting back to Jotform Support and for providing additional information. My apologies if I responded in a different language since our Italian Support is currently engaged with another support ticket. I am using a translator tool to communicate with you.

However, I am uncertain if I understand correctly what you are trying to achieve. Do you want fillers of the form to take a photo or upload an image of themselves? If yes, you can use the File Upload element and Take Photo widget to allow users to upload their pictures on the forms.

If that’s not exactly what you’re looking for, can you explain more information so I can help you better? It would allow us to understand what’s happening if you could take a screenshot and send it to us. We have a guide here explaining how to do that.
