Download Excel Report with table grid

Buongiorno,

per il mio modulo https://form.jotform.com/unifarma/preno-profumi-2023 avrei bisogno di individuare i pezzi ordinati per ogni singola voce.

Ho visto che è possibile creare un grafico ma a me servirebbe l'elenco dei prodotti con le relative quantità ordinate, esportabile in formato .xls

E' possibile?

Grazie per aver contattato il supporto tecnico di Jotform. In Tabelle, puoi vedere le quantità ordinate per ogni singolo prodotto, cliccando sulla cella dei prodotti ordinati.

Inoltre, selezionando le voci e cliccando su Download, potrai scaricare il file Excel in cui vengono riportati tutti gli articoli ordinati per ogni risposta e le relative quantità.

Prova e facci sapere se hai bisogno di ulteriore aiuto.

Grazie per averci ricontattato. Se ho capito bene la tua richiesta, vorresti avere un file Excel in cui visualizzare solo le quantità ordinate per ogni articolo della tua lista prodotti? Selezionando tutte le voci nella tabella e cliccando su Download All, potrai ottenere il file Excel in cui verranno mostrate le quantità dei prodotti ordinate da ogni singolo utente.

Se invece vuoi avere un file in cui viene mostrata la somma di tutte le quantità ordinate di ogni singolo articolo da tutti gli utenti allora, non ho trovato nessuna soluzione per ottenere il file Excel. L'unico modo è quello di creare un Report.

Now, let me help you with your question. You can achieve this, you will need to split the text into different columns. After splitting the text, you can use the PivotTable to analyze worksheet data. If you need more help about splitting text and using PivotTable you can contact Microsoft support.

Hi Daniele,

I'm sorry for the confusion. Jotform can actually produce this report in just a few steps. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Forms page, select the form that you want to create a report for.
2. Click on Reports at the top of the page, and then click on Add New Report.
3. Now, select Visual Report Builder, which will open Report Builder.
4. In Report Builder, scroll down to the Product List (My Products) element and click on the Gear icon.
5. Under the Chart Type, select from any of the options.
6. Toggle the Table Grid switch to On.

Unfortunately, the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now. We've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers, but when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it.
