Now, let me help you with your question. Yes, it is possible to change the username for your account. As this account is paid, we can change the username for you. You can send us 3 username options and we will change to the one available. The username could not have white spaces and special characters. You can use _ underscore in the username.

Please note that if you are using a Custom URL for a Form for your form, it will no longer work since the username got changed. You will need to change the URL to have the new username in it instead.
