However, keep in mind that it could take longer to receive a response from them.
With that being said, the error you're getting probably has something to do with your account's security setting. Let me show you how to fix it:
1. In the blue navigation menu bar, click on your account's avatar.
2. Click on Settings.
3. Next, select Security from the left side menu.
4. Lastly, uncheck the Require login to view submissions.
