Otherwise, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.
I understand you want to redirect your users to an external link after their response to your form. Our Thank You Page feature lets you do that.
Let me show you how to set that up:
- In the Form Builder, select Settings at the top.
- Go to the Thank You Page on the left.
- Select Redirect to an external link after submission.
- Enter the URL of your landing page.
When changing, it is automatically saved.
If you need to conditionally redirect your form fillers to different pages based on their answers, you can set up Change Thank You Page conditions on your form.

i dont see the thank you page button

Hi Gianfranco,
Thanks for getting back to us. If you can't see the Thank You page button on Settings of your form, could you try to clear your browser cache? I have also refreshed your forms by clearing form caches.
You can also edit the Thank You page at the bottom of your form as you see in the screencast below:
