Upgraded wrong plan - cancel and refund.

    Per errore ho fatto l'upgrade dell'abbonamento, pagando per tutto l'anno.

    Vi prego di annullare il rinnovo e procedere al rimborso urgente. Grazie,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, our Italian Support agents are busy helping other Jotform users at the moment. I'll try to help you in English using Google Translate, but you can reply in whichever language you feel comfortable using. Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

    As for your request, I've successfully canceled your subscription and downgraded it back to the Starter plan. For your refund, please expect it to reflect on your account within 5-7 business days.

    Yes, the plan seems updated but, as you can see, the paid shipments are still 998 out of a thousand. They have not been reset

    Hi Antonello,

    Thanks for getting back to us. You appear to have reached your payment limit. Could you please delete your form submissions? Please try to download your submissions as a backup before deleting them. You can download your data from Jotform Tables in CSV, Excel, or PDF format. Let me show you how:

    • On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.

    • Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page. 
    • Now, choose CSVExcel, or PDF format and download your data.

    Following your advice I archived about 1900 but nothing changes. I don't think that's the problem. There were even 3 or 4000 subscriptions without anything happening

    Because today I made an annual renewal by mistake , I asked for a cancellation and a refund. Your very kind colleague proceeded with the refund and returned my subscription to the Starte plan when in reality mine was still an existing silver plan. I still upgraded but the system took me back to the silver plan, maintaining the previous data. Certainly the problem arises from here

    I checked again. Something has changed but, as you can see from the image, there now seems to be 78 subscriptions out of 100. The silver plan, however, provides for 1000 subscriptions. I think the account remained in Starter and did not upgrade to Silver even though I made the payment

    Hi Antonello,

    Thanks for getting back to us. As for the Silver subscription, you are allowed to store 1,000 monthly payment submissions and a 100 Form limit. Based on the screenshot you sent, you've already created 78 forms out of the 100 forms allowed. But no worries, as I've checked your Payment limit, it was reset back to zero.

    You can find more information about your usage limits by visiting the Usage page in your account settings. You might also want to check out this guide Understanding Your Account Usage and Limits for more details.

    Dear Ina, sorry but it's not as you say. Look at the picture, 78 out of 100. But for the Silver plan the limit is 1000 not 100.

    Also the Jotform advertisement keeps appearing at the bottom of the forms.

    All this means that the piano has not been updated to Silver. If the situation is still like this on Monday, it will be a big problem for me

    Thanks for patiently waiting, I appreciate it. As I've checked your account, you're already using the correct account limits. As for your Form limits under the Silver plan prior to 2022, it has always been 100, but your payment submissions have increased to 1,000 payment submissions.
