ciao sto creando un modulo e non saprei come sistemare queste domande:

1) dovrei creare un modulo che se trovi tutte le risposte esatte sono in totale 10 e il punteggio finale sarà 100, alla fine di esso dovrei mettere una pagina con una frase personalizzata alla fine del test e se è possibile metterne una per chi ha avuto un punteggio inferiore.

2) è possibile mettere un immagine come sfondo sulla didascalia ?

5) come faccio a mettere il punteggio ?

Now, let me help you with your question. As for your first question, it appears that you are already using the Change “Thank You” Page conditional logic to achieve your requirements. If you want to add the calculation result (Form Calculation widget) to the Thank You page.

You can add the Unique Name of the field {punteggioFinale}. You can include the Unique Name of the field, {punteggioFinale}. This should answer your 5th question. Check out my screenshot below:

As for your second question, are you referring to adding an image with a caption? If so, it appears that you are already utilizing the Image Choice field. Check out my screenshot below:
