Downgrade: Will I lose my forms and submissions?

Volevo sapere se effettuando il downgrade al piano gratuito potrò comunque conservare tutti i moduli creati finora e relative risposte.

Or, if you'd rather have support in Italian, let us know and we can have them do that. But, keep in mind that you'd have to wait until they're available again.

Now, let me help you with your question. If you cancel your subscription, rest assured that all your existing forms and submissions will remain on your account even after you downgrade your account. But, please take note that once downgrading, the Starter Plan limits will apply, such as 100 Monthly submissions and 100 total Upload Space limit. I would highly suggest downloading your submission data before downgrading and saving it since your upload space might go over the limit, and it requires you to delete some submissions to free up some space.
